These terms and conditions of use apply to the Beisheim Center website – www.beisheim-center.com (‘the website’) – operated by IMMAGO-RENT AG, Neuhofstrasse 4, CH-6340 Baar, Switzerland (‘IMMAGO-RENT AG’). By accessing the website, you as the user consent to the validity of these terms and conditions of use; any conflicting or deviating conditions shall not apply.
2. IMMAGO-RENT AG makes every effort to provide you with general information about the Beisheim Center on the website and to see that any information published is current, complete and correct. However, IMMAGO-RENT AG reserves the right to modify or reduce the information and content published on the website (collectively ‘content’), even at short notice, or to suspend operation of the website entirely. Furthermore, IMMAGO-RENT AG reserves the right to adapt or change these terms and conditions of use, or to supplement them with additional provisions.
3. IMMAGO-RENT AG may refer you to external third-party content on the website, including the use of hyperlinks. In particular, this includes the entire content of the ‘Portal’ section (especially information under the categories ‘Business’, ‘Shopping and service’ and ‘Hotels and gastronomy’). This content was not created by IMMAGO-RENT AG, but by the respective tenants and users of the Beisheim Center. In other cases, third-party content can be identified by the fact that no Beisheim Center logo is visible on the screen. Third-party content is defined by Section 8 ff. of the Telemedia Act (TMG), and IMMAGO-RENT AG undertakes no regular monitoring of this content, especially with regard to its legitimacy, correctness, current relevance or completeness. In particular, the inclusion of a link on the website alone should not secure trust in the legitimacy or reliability of the content provided there as well as any goods or services on offer.
4. The content published on the website is protected by copyright. Any use of the content that is not expressly permitted by law is forbidden without the prior written consent of IMMAGO-RENT AG or the respective rights holder. This applies in particular to any acts of reproduction, processing, conversion to other forms of work and exploitation to create individual databases or other electronic media and systems. The Beisheim Center logo and other product or company names on the website are protected, even without explicit mention that they are brands or business names of IMMAGO-RENT AG or a third party. 5. Hyperlinks to the website are always welcome and do not require the approval of IMMAGO-RENT AG. Presentation of the website in frames on a third-party site is only permitted with the express written consent of IMMAGO-RENT AG.
