The restaurant at The Ritz Carlton in Berlin focuses on regional products and reinvents German classics. Thanks to the concept, which is combined with cozy booths and an open show kitchen, there is a sociable atmosphere among guests and staff. A striking wine list of 350 selected wines accompanies the offer, capturing the best of Germany, but also the major wine regions around the world. It is no surprise that POTS so quickly became a firm favorite in the capital’s culinary scene. In 2022, the jury of Berlin Master Chefs awarded Chef de Cuisine Christopher Kujanski the title of Ascender of the Year.
